Here’s a new reason to move to Queens

New York Post

There’s a new kid on the block — and The Post has an exclusive first look inside. Leasing launches in April at 2222 Jackson, which rises 11 stories above Long Island City with an ultra-mod design by renowned firm ODA Architecture.

Sporting a cool boxy facade outside — with 175 apartments from studios to three-bedrooms within — rental prices will range from roughly $2,450 to over $6,100 per month.

Many units will come with terraces and exposed concrete ceilings. Some even look out to Manhattan skyline views; all will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak hardwood floors and custom stone counters, plus Blomberg and Bosch appliances.

The building will deliver a triple-height lobby with a full-time doorman, valet parking and a roof deck, also with city vistas. Tenants can also join the building’s amenity club, which will have a gym, sky-lit swimming pool and lounge.
