ODA’s tentpole project in Long Island City, 2222 Jackson is a an 11-story, 175-unit rental building with studio through three-bedroom apartments. Studios will start at $2,450/month and apartments will top out around $6,100/month. Building amenities will include a triple-height (!!!) lobby, lounge, library space, gym, indoor pool, landscaped courtyard and roof deck. The rentals are expected to hit the market in March, which is long before work wraps up on the adjacent site—the former home to LIC grafitti mecca 5 Pointz.
